Review and apply a TEST retirement
Choose the exact retirement path and generate a fresh read-only plan first. Ordinary completed journeys and signup-activation-failure recovery remain separate. Applying either plan requires a separately approved exact confirmation.
Probe readback reports only sanitized subsystem-empty checks. The billing-residue preview can classify only one explicitly TEST-bound Blob and requires a separate exact confirmation before deletion; it cannot call Stripe or run the retirement readback. Resume readback can only find one already-applied TEST retirement for the exact participant, test run, and plan digest. These controls cannot generate or apply a retirement plan, and they cannot regenerate or reapply the prior one.

Repair four skipped rows while preserving Ryan T10
This fixed-scope control has no participant, run, store, prefix, or patch inputs. Preview is read-only. The plan requires exactly five digest-bound Ryan rows: four T11–T14 repair targets plus one immutable T10 witness. Apply changes only record_mode and test_run_id on T11–T14, then strongly proves T10 content and ETag remained unchanged. It cannot delete artifacts, contact providers, send communications, bill, mutate a participant, or start retirement.
